Our Mission: The mission is to provide services in micro finance, health, education, micro-entrepreneurship development and disaster management for disadvantaged people. The cycle of poverty will be broken… one person at a time or as a community. As a result, strong families and communities will emerge.
Our Goal : To create an enabling atmosphere for poverty alleviation and empowerment of the poor of India

- To ensure level of sustainability for the beneficiaries and as well as Organization through Micro-Finance
- Increase their capacity through training on human and skill development and their children through primary education
- To provide effective credit delivery system for establishing Micro - entrepreneurship development.
- To develop network among MFIs in West Bengal
- To create a gender balance in the society
- To reduce exploitation in society through human rights and legal awareness.
- To mobilize the poor people for family planning education, AIDs, Motivation and service delivery
- To help the poor people by providing emergency treatment, food, drinking Water, shelter and other materials for their economics rehabilitation during Disaster period

The main expertise of Bandhan is the mobilization of poor women, the disadvantaged and the NGOs. Providing training and credit to the poor women, technical assistance to the small NGOs, is the main task against fighting poverty by creating self-employment for the women and their empowerment. We are as a person, organized Micro Finance program through SHG for the change of the quality of life of the poor people especially women and different types of training courses for NGO staffs, SHG leaders and Group members for the last 20 years.
