Area of operation: The operational area of PDAP at present is in Mirpur (Sec.- 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, Rupnagar, Bounia Bandh and Duaripara). These six areas are inhabited by a number of slum people. Most of them are working in the garments factory (specially the women, adolescent girls and children). These slum areas are very unhealthy environment. No water and sanitation facilities exists in the area. Besides, recently PDAP has started its education and micro credit program in the rural areas of Munshigonj andKhulna district.
