March 1991 PDAP is a non-govt. non-profitable and non-political voluntary Development organisation. It was established in March, 1991 with the initiation of a group of educated social works with an aim to promote the socio-economic status of the rural and urban poor and disadvantaged women, adolescents and children through conscientization, capacity building, institution build & capital formation and imparting felt-need based problem solving programs.
