      Introduction

Implemented on 22 December, 2002 the FAGARU microinsurance institution becomes the result of a long duration period of research dealing with solving the health matters of the urban, semi- urban and rural poor people financially supported by Horizon Verts a MFI Replicating Grameen System in West Africa. Then, FAGARU is a non- profit organization having a main mission which deals with some foreseeing activities , solidarity and giving a hand to the members through the medium way of :

    Mobilization, informations and foreseeing social dangers;
    Sanitary supporting ; and
    Training.
Supporting conditions

The FAGARU's members are the beneficials of a financial assistance of Horizon Verts, i,e, those who live within the second half under the poverty line in Senegal(those who earn at least $ US 300 per year).

The admission is lonely family which is tantemount to $ US 3.33 and the admission fees is lonely individually which is tantamount to $ US 0.2 per member per annum.

An observing period of time of six (6) months is required for each beneficiary member in order to be sanitarily assisted by FAGARU's Program.
