  • Presentation

  • The Dale View is dedicated to holistic development of the most vulnerable and weaker sections of the society, especially in the rural areas, through a wide variety of programs such as Education, Training, Watershed management, Community Based Rehabilitation of Persons with disabilities, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Substance Abusers, Micro credit and other numerous activities.

The organization legally came into existence in 1978; it is registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act XII of 1955 with Reg. No.96/1978. The Dale view is located in South India, in the state of Kerala, near Trivandrum. The growth and development of many backward villages in this region and in the district of Kanyakumari in the state of Tamil Nadu is closely associated with the increasing interventions of The Dale View. It has already formed 600-Grass Root Peoples Groups, which represent more than 11000 members, known as SHGs (Self Help Group). A few SHGs of an area then constitute an MLO(Micro Level Organization). The Dale View implement development programmes through the SHGs. The Organisation also has wide ranging network of NGOs.
